Yesterday the UK Garrison were very pleased to be able to donate £10,000 to the Royal British Legion with money raised from non-charity related troops we attended last year.

Three Stormtroopers, TK 1650 (Billy Haggis), TK 2739 (Gary Hailes) & TK 7475 (Phil Parker), visited the RBL Head Office in London to present the cheque to their Mr Poppy mascot.

The RBL became one of our directly supported charities last year. We are very proud to support the wonderful & invaluable work they do in helping serving members of the Armed Forces, ex-Service men, women and their families throughout their lives with welfare, companionship and representation. In addition to this they are the Nation's custodian of Remembrance ensuring that those who sacrificed their lives for their country will never be forgotten.
