Leigh Spinners Mill is one of the most important mill complexes in the UK and has been described as the finest late era mill in the UK. It is almost unique in being an intact double mill, complete with engine houses a mill lodge and chimney. a vital community Hub we have been invited by Clothears costumes to celebrate the centenary of this amazing building Projects like Leigh Spinners Mill are a testament to the local people who get up every day to work hard, to better themselves and are eternally grateful for the opportunity of independence. LBPT had the vision and the passion to save another local treasure from demolition but the people of Leigh brought it back to life, made only possible by funding and a willingness to regenerate.

Event times

The times given are the times we will be on site at the event but unfortunately this doesn't necessarily mean we will be available to meet you throughout the whole of this period. With all our events, we cannot guarantee what costumers will be available to attend as we are all volunteers who do this in our spare time so it is always on a 'best endeavours' basis.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, sometimes our attendance at an event is cancelled. This is infrequent but can happen for a variety of reasons including the event itself being cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, inclement weather, costumers that are within the locale of that event being unavailable or ill. We recommend that you check back regularly with this calendar to ensure our attendance at a particular event is still scheduled.
